Overview

When Hurricane Milton hit Florida, over 3 million lost power, creating an urgent need for insurance claim setups. Green2Go delivered temporary power and climate control solutions, ensuring adjusters had the resources to assist policyholders and keep recovery efforts moving efficiently.

CLIENT NEEDS

In the wake of Hurricane Milton, a nationally recognized insurance company required a rapid and dependable solution to establish fully functional insurance claim setups. Without power or climate control, adjusters faced challenges in processing claims efficiently, delaying recovery efforts for policyholders.

Their priority was to create a stable, climate-controlled workspace where insurance teams could operate seamlessly. They needed a trusted partner to quickly deliver and install temporary power solutions, allowing them to support affected homeowners and businesses as soon as possible.

PROJECT DETAILS

Once relief aid tents were in place, our focus was to equip insurance claim setups with the necessary power and climate control. Our team quickly mobilized, loading eight trucks with JuiceBoxes, HVAC units, and generators to ensure operations could begin without delay. In a coordinated overnight effort, we traveled 17 hours to deliver and install the equipment at designated insurance claim sites.

Our HVAC units provided critical climate control, keeping workspaces comfortable for adjusters processing claims, while our generators supplied reliable power to sustain daily operations. Upon arrival, our technicians efficiently deployed and set up equipment, ensuring insurance teams could begin assisting policyholders immediately.

At Green2Go, we understand the urgency of disaster recovery. By providing power and climate control specifically for insurance claim setups, we helped our client streamline their response efforts and support affected communities faster. When disaster strikes, we’re ready to act—ensuring critical operations keep moving forward in the toughest conditions.
